You want to create the garden of your dreams but don’t know how to choose the right plants that are really adapted to your environment?
We have tested for you the ingenious site www.monjardin-materrasse.com designed to easily create an online landscaping.
Monjardin-materrasse.com, what is it?
This site allows you to realize the layout in 2D augmented reality from the photo of your garden/terrace. But that’s not all! Ingenious it will only recommend you plants really adapted to your outside that it recognizes by automatic geolocalisation. Indeed, the automatic detection of your address when uploading the photo allows to propose only plants adapted to your environment (temperature, soil…), PH (e.g., exposure, rainfall, etc.).
Impossible to make a mistake and to choose unsuitable plants, so no more excuses for “not having a green thumb”!
Getting started is easy, quick, and guided by video tutorials. In just a few clicks you can create your garden or terrace intuitively.
What we liked: in addition to the choice of plants, layouts and outdoor decorations, it offers predefined “plant compositions”. These are in fact creations of landscape designers responding to common problems: mixed hedges, flower beds, shady flowerbeds… useful when you lack imagination! We only regret that there are not more outdoor landscaping objects.
Finally, once the creation is completed, the last step of the finalization process allows you to edit a printable pdf that summarizes the project: photo of the creation, shopping list, planting plan.
All that’s left to do is buy the plants at your favourite garden centre, and roll up your sleeves to plant… Unless you prefer to entrust this task to a pro recommended by the site, that’s smart gardening!
