Vegetarian raclette: the delicious recipe

Both delicious and original, this vegetarian raclette recipe is a great alternative to the classic raclette recipe.

Ingredients for 4 people 

Vegetarian raclette

– Wash, peel and steam all the vegetables while keeping them firm.

– Cut all cooked vegetables and cheese into strips.

Preheat the oven to 210 °C (th. 7).

– In a casserole dish, place the sliced chard, place the other vegetables on top, alternating with the cheese, like a tian. Pour in the cream, season with pepper and place in the oven for a few minutes until lightly coloured.

– To be eaten immediately.

Vary the vegetables: parsnips, sweet potatoes, celery, etc., will go perfectly with the cheese.
