Tomato, fresh goat cheese and basil crumble

Ingredients for 6 persons :

8 tomatoes 75g of fresh goat’s cheese (or feta) 1 bunch of  basil fees 1 clove of garlic chopped 1 onion 100 g soft butter 100 g grated Parmesan cheese 100 g flour Olive oil Salt, pepper

Preheat your oven to 180°,

Peel the tomatoes by plunging them into boiling water for 2 min. Cut the tomatoes into 1 to 2 cm cubes. Mince the onion Heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Brown the chopped onion, then add the garlic and diced tomatoes. Add 3 tablespoons of  basil chiselled Cook for 5 to 6 minutes
