Here’s a delicious chicken, millet and cottage cheese diet recipe worthy of a chef’s meal!
Ingredients for 4 people :
200 g millet 2 individual packets of steamed vegetables ( peas , broccoli etc.). 4 escalopes of chicken 1 tsp. tsp. turmeric 1 lemon 1 tbsp. tablespoon sunflower oil 15 g butter 1 tbsp. cane sugar Salt, freshly ground pepper
For the sauce:
200 g of white cheese 0% of M.G . 2 tbsp. white balsamic vinegar Salt, freshly ground pepper
Recipe for Thin Chicken Thingy with Cottage Cheese Sauce
In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the millet for 10 to 15 minutes. Drain and set aside.
Cook the vegetables in the microwave.
Mince the chicken breasts, place them in a dish, sprinkle with turmeric and pour in the lemon juice. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
In a frying pan,
Pour in oil and butter, cook the chicken. At the end of cooking, add the cane sugar and leave to caramelize slightly. Season.
For the sauce:
– In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, vinegar, salt and pepper. Mix together.
– Place millet, vegetables, chicken and sauce in bowls. Serve hot or cold.
