Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy, Pierre Troisgros, Christophe Michalak, Thierry Marx, Pierre Hermé, Hélène Daroze, Dong Zhenxiang, Hirohisa Koyama, Daniel Patterson, Rene Redzepi, Dave Chang, Tetsuya Wakuda, Massimo Bottura, Jordi Roca … The great names of today’s and tomorrow’s international cuisine met this weekend in the Monegasque city of Monte Carlo to celebrate in an exceptional way the 25th anniversary of the restaurant Le Louis XV .
240 renowned chefs from 5 continents travelled to attend this great culinary mass orchestrated by the famous Alain Ducasse .
On the program of these festivities: a family photo on the Casino square to immortalize this anniversary, the installation in the concert hall of the Sporting Monte-Carlo of an large ephemeral market of emblematic Mediterranean products submitted by their producers, a “C”. live-cooking The dinner was “assured” by fourteen chefs who reinterpreted in their own way a dish of their choice and finally a gala dinner paying tribute to the cuisine of the restaurant Le Louis XV .
For three days, these professionals of all ages and styles were able to meet, exchange and discuss their passion for cooking.
