It is in autumn that persimmon, this delicious fruit, colours the bare trees and makes it possible to make new recipes.
As an aperitif or even as a starter, here are the tapas of kaki persimon, endive and smoked salmon.
Ingredients for 6 persons :
- 1 persimmon khaki
- 6 sheets of endives
- 2 slices of smoked salmon cut into strips
- 1 lime
- 1 onion new with its stem
- Olive oil of the picual variety
- Salt, pepper.
Recipe for Tapas of Persimmon Persimmon, Endive and Smoked Salmon
Place a thin slice of smoked salmon in the endive leaf,
Cut the persimmon into small cubes and place them on this slice,
Add the grated lime using a micro grater, thin slices of spring onion,
Season with a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.
