Treat yourself to these delicious strawberry verrines for a light, easy and quick dessert.

Ingredients for 4 people :
- 250 g of strawberries
- 4 strands of mint
- 400 g of faisselle (40 % of MG )
- 4 tbsp. agave syrup
- 2 dry biscuits
> Wash, hull and prune the strawberries into mirepoix.
> Wash, dry and peel the mint.
In four verrines,
> Arrange the well-drained faisselle, pour the agave syrup, then arrange the strawberry mirepoix. Place in a cool place.
Just before serving, crush the biscuits, sprinkle each glass and garnish with mint leaves.
You can make these verrines with raspberries s, of the figs or other seasonal fruits.
Garnish with toasted sesame, slivered almonds or fresh herbs.
