Shells and creamed ham

Here’s a recipe for creamed ham and its shells that should delight the taste buds of young and old alike.

Ingredients for 4 people :

4 slices of white ham 350 g of shells 100 g heavy cream 20 g butter Salt Pepper from the mill

Creamed ham and its shells

Bring a pot of water to the boil, salt it and cook the shells for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, 3 minutes before the end of the pasta cooking time, heat butter in a frying pan.

As soon as it is frothy, add the ham and brown it (do not salt). Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle boil.

Drain the pasta.

Serve the shells with the creamed ham. Pepper and enjoy!
