Roquefort melt

The Roquefort fondant is a very original and tasty way to taste Roquefort. Quick and easy, here is the recipe for the Roquefort cheese fondant.

Ingredients for 4 people :

  • 150 g of Roquefort cheese
  • 25 cl whipping cream
  • 4 whole eggs + 2 yolks
  • 100 g leaves of spinach
  • Olive oil.

Recipe for Roquefort cheese fondant

Preheat the oven to 5/150°.

Melt the Roquefort cheese in half the cream over low heat.

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the rest of the cream, add the cream to the warm Roquefort, add pepper and mix.

Pour into 4 ramekins and bake in a bain-marie for 30 minutes.

Serve lukewarm on a spinach leaf salad seasoned with a little olive oil.

Recommended wine  : a red, Cabernet d’Anjou served chilled.
