The naan is a bread leaf, native to Asia, baked on the burning wall of an oven.
Here it is adorned with delicious laughing cows.
Ingredients for 4 people :
250 g wheat flour 1?2 tsp. fine salt 1?2 sachets of dried yeast 5 cl warm water 20 g olive oil 60 g stirred yoghurt 8 portions of laughing cow
In a salad bowl, mix the flour and fine salt.
In a ramekin, mix the dry yeast with the warm water and let stand for 1 minute.
Pour the oil into the flour and then the yoghurt. Add the yeast. Mix all the ingredients by hand (or in a food processor). Let stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 280 °C (th. 9/10) without rotating heat.
Form into balls of about 90 g, spread out the pasta, then place a laughing cow in the centre. Close the pasta. The pasta must be well connected. Gently form the naan with the palm of your hand.
Bake for 3 to 5 minutes depending on the oven.
Enjoy your meal!
