To concoct a comforting drink when the temperature drops, hot cider is an ideal, easy and quick preparation.
Ingredients for 4 people :
75 cl raw cider 1 orange 2 tablespoons brown sugar 1 stick of cinnamon 2 cloves
Wash the orange and cut it into slices, keeping the peel.
Put the cider and all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Heat to a simmer.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
