Fruit ice cream parfait: an easy recipe from the Fruit Toques

Here’s a simple recipe for the Parfait glacé toqué to impress your guests!

A recipe as easy as it is fast to prepare…

Ingredients for 4 people :

1 sachet of preparation for jam Les Toqués du Fruit (strawberry, apricot, red or exotic fruits) + 80 g sugar  1 whipping cream (40cl) + 80 g sugar (or icing sugar)

Recipe for the Fruit Glazed Parfait :  

> Make your 2 jars of toasted jam according to the recipe indicated on the preparation packet “Les Toqués du fruit” and leave to cool.

> Whip the cream into a whipped cream, adding the sugar a little before the end.

> Mix 1 jar of jam with whipped cream, then pour into a cake tin; cover with cling film and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.

> Just before serving, cut into slices and serve on a plate with a large spoonful of jam (from the second jar) and fresh fruit.
