Chestnut and pumpkin soup: delicious recipe

With its slightly pronounced chestnut taste, pumpkin is the king of soups and velvety soups.

Recipe for pumpkin and chestnut soup

Start by cutting the pumpkin in 4 and removing the seeds inside,

Peel the pumpkin and potato and cut them into large pieces.

Peel and chop the onion,

Boil 1 litre of salt water,

Dip the pumpkin, potato, onion and chestnuts in boiling water,

Leave leather on medium heat for 15 minutes,

Once the vegetables are cooked, blend everything and add the crème fraiche,

Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.

Serving the velvety hot,
