Ingredients for 1 litre of carrot juice (minimum) :
1 kg of carrot 3 juice oranges 1 lemon 1 litre of water

You can switch to organic carrots to make a carrot juice without pesticides and other chemicals.
Begin by peeling the carrots and removing the part containing the tops. Cut the carrots into pieces. Plunge the carrots into the water and bring to the boil. When the carrots are cooked you can easily stick a sharp knife in them. Separate the carrots from the cooking water without discarding the water as it will be used later. Blend the carrots in a blender or mixer, adding a little cooking water as you go along to obtain a homogeneous purée. Then pass this preparation through a fine sieve or a strainer. Blend the resulting puree again by adding cooking water again and pass it through the blender or mixer again. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve or a strainer. You can repeat the operation as often as you have carrots left. Add the juice of the 3 oranges and lemon. Grind the carrot juice by adding water to get a liquid content and a taste you like.
